AT LAST!! - and following 'Talk like a Pirate' day, here is:

Full list of what's on offer here

The Three Crowns is a family run traditional community local which is a truly independent free house, specialising in real ales, ciders and perry.

This superb traditional pub, dating from the 1700s, has a main bar with a real open fire and a separate cider/snug bar.

There is usually a range of 7 ales available from light summery to dark luscious styles, and we aim always to have two dark ales and one over 6.0% ABV.

We always offer at least 3 farmhouse ciders and a perry in the cider bar, and often there is a wider selection of both.  In addition we offer a good selection of single malts and gins, plus a kegged craft cider which is made locally.

Welcoming fire in main barOur ales, ciders and perry are

  • sold in over-sized marked glasses. This means we can guarantee, unlike pubs which don't do this, that when you pay for a pint you are served a pint; and,
  • sensibly priced with an additional 30p per pint discount for members of CAMRA.

We hold 4 ale and cider festivals each year at the Three Crowns, special ale and cider evenings, wine tasting, gin festivals and a gin-tasting masterclass.

We support CAMRA's campaign for local ale (LocAle), and the choice of locally brewed beers we offer regularly is second to none.  In addition to beers from many local independent breweries, we also offer ales from regular small suppliers that are further afield, and from numerous guest breweries as well.

Our Cider Bar stocks examples from Wiltshire cider producers, and during the year we also bring in special ciders from a wider area.
